Bookings after 4 February 2011

As you may be aware, due to financial constraints Kent County Council is withdrawing from delivering environmental education at the National Grid site in Canterbury (Canterbury Environmental Education Centre) at the end of March 2011.  National Grid is in the process of determining the future of the site, which may include working with a new partner in the future.  However at this point it is unclear whether there will be any educational visits at the site in Summer 2011.

Kent County Council will however continue to run our Outdoor Learning programme at a number of Kent Country Park sites; including Brockhill Country Park, near Hythe, Shorne Woods Country Park, near Gravesend, and Lullingstone Country Park at Eynsford, near Dartford.  To find out more about our programme please visit the Kent country Parks website:
